the idea is pretty simple: update the RedHat/RPMS directory with the 
publiched updates (and any of your own too), then regenerate the CD images 
(or just install from the tree via NFS/HTTP).  I've been doing this since 
6.2 with good success.  However, there's a step in here that changed in 
either 8.0 or 9.0 to re-generate the comps.xml file.  This is where I'm 
still trying to sort out the differences.
