Or VBScript, or JScript, or Perl, or Python... out of the box, Winblows 
will do the first two automagically... if the others are later made native 
then they will work as well.

You can also dump out to cscript.exe or wscript.exe - both of which 
interface with the Windows Scripting Host yadda yadda yadda...
