Brian Westby, who listed his occupation as a "self-employed porn Web master" after a traffic arrest three years ago, was not present court when a U.S. district judge issued an order barring him from disguising the origin of his pornographic e-mail and failing to let consumers unsubscribe from his lists, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported. The action against Westby was brought by the Federal Trade Commission , which received 46,000 complaints about his spam.
