Mandrake 9.1 is up and running pretty well so far.  I realise that I am 
comparing a finished release with a relase candidate, but... 
 
Mandrake has a working font manger, one that will import Windows fonts. 
RH8.1RC2 did not have any font configuration utility, period. 
 
Konqueror, as installed by default by Mandrake, will load 
http://rhn.redhat.com - as installed by RedHat, it won't. 
 
That's the kind of shoot-yourself-in-the-foot choice IBM used to make.
