Wow, the whole /16 network!  It sounds like comcast is a little slow in
their abuse department:

I might recommend Road Runner.  They are proactive by providing a service
of scanning customer's computers for explosive setups and prevent the
resulting embarrassing incidents and the possibility of landing everyone
on MAPS or DUL.  I like good ISP's.
