Ok -- now that everyone has had an opportunity to play "Chamber of
Commerce" for a day . . . . 

As to the public transportation . . . take a look at the city and the
sprawl and you'll see why we all drive cars.  I briefly (like 5 seconds)
thought about using a bus for my commute.  That would have involved 3 buses
(Blue Springs to Overland Park) and required me to leave at 6:00 in the
morning.  Sorry -- but no thanks.
