I have some files on a Fat32 partition of a drive that show up with the year missing when I list 
them is ls -al.  Here is what I see instead.
permissions		group		owner		filesize	Month/day/time??

These files have no year but rather a date and 24 hr (military time) type of a time listed in place 
of the year.  Has anyone seen this before?  Any ideas?  This same problem occurs if the drive is 
mounted as vfat or umsdos.
Any ideas, suggestions, help greatly appreciated.
