If I remember right, there may be a Gateway store on State Line close to 
435 and one on Metcalf around 95th Street.

Gateway likes to sell to consumers directly to preserve their image.  
They do not like other vendors copying their parts and I believe they
patent what they can and add every possible feature with their systems to
protect them.  Gateway should have everything you need.  Also, there may
be a law that requires manufacturers to sell parts to products sold to
consumers in the last seven years.
