I knocked RedHat a while back, but I have to give them a lot of credit 
with this latest version.  I thought Mandrake was moving in the right 
direction to bring Linux to Joe Average, but I must have been jonesing 
on all that GUI eye-candy.   Mandrake 9.0 seemed to have introduced more 
bugs than it resolved, I even ended up blowing away my two 
installations.  I have nothing but good things to say after a couple 
days on RH8.
