startup the ILUG.

Also, Eric Rossiter is working on the ILUG and has 
registered the ILUG DOMAIN  (www.ilug.org) but as far 
as I know we do not have any hosted space yet.

A meeting is being planned for the 25th of October at

to see how it's going.
