I also came to one of the meetings. While I found it fascinating, I also
thought it needed a little structure. But I decided not to say anything
because I figured you guys were getting along before I came and will
continue even if I do not return.

If there were some sort of agenda, I think it would be more interesting
& productive.

Maybe an hour or so of some sort of business plan, with goals to
accomplish, etc. Then go into "chat & play mode" with several groups of
different things going on that were publicized at the previous meeting
so that people could plan on attending, and gather with a particular
group in order to learn something.

Just my opinion... And you know what they say about opinions......
