oops.

not being familiar with ogg vorbis personally, I included "ogg vorbis"
as a software package, not realizing that it is a encoding format. 
fortunately, i do have Zinf and PuTTy on the list, two actual 
ogg vorbis players.

I'll bring this list to the meeting and we can hash it into a better form,
as well as decide how many CDs we should make, &tc.
