His relationship started with the tech support asking for him to reinstall things such as IE, etc., requiring him to reopen the ticket (they kindly closed it without telling him after he didn't hear back for days) and about two weeks it was back up without an explaination. Kind of describes my ISDN service with Bellsouth. There seems to be many departments in a telephone company and any one of them has a possibility of having too much work to do.
