I have reserved the room at Zarda's for 6:00 PM 
on Saturday.

I am planning on just collecting the money at 
the door, so you don't have to worry about getting 
the money to me.  _Please_ don't make me regret 
this.  I you have emailed me telling me you will 
be there, either be there or send me and updated 
status withdrawing your registration by Thursday.

I _don't_ want to have to pay for people who don't 
show up.

I'd like to have a reasonably firm count by Wednesday
evening to give to the Zarda folks.
