Greetings
When we shutdown our Red Hat linux server (version 7.1) using 'shutdown
-r ' command the server hangs with the following message.
md recovery thread got woken up 
> md: recovery thread finished 
> md recovery at (6) flushing signals 
even if we do not interven for a day or 2 the same status remains.
The only way we could get our server back online is switching off the
power and restart.
