The recording industry wants to hack into your pc...

Now, when they say "copyright holders"... Say I go and copyright something. I
can then hack into anyone's pc, delete some files "accidentally", and get away
with it scott-free if I suspect they have some of my copyrighted material on
their PC? Does anyone else see the flaw in that?
