Make sure that the CD-ROM is selected as the primary boot device in your systems Hardware BIOS setup. Also, make sure that you can read the files on the Red Hat 7.3 CD. Make sure the the copied CD is NOT a CD-RW. Note that some older systems do not support the ability to boot from CD-ROM. Also, some older CD-ROM drives can have problems reading CD-R discs.
