We have it up and running here at work.  Note that "NetSaint" isn't being
developed any more due to a product name collision.  Development is now
done under the name "Nagios" (http://www.nagios.org/).  I can't send you
our config, since it contains sensitive information.  However, there's a
nifty utility called "NMAP 2 NetSaint" that converts the output of an NMAP
scan to a set of NetSaint host and service definitions.
