If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

First off, I just installed RH 7.2 via CD, after it's finished with the 
install
it ejects the cd and reboots.  After the reboot, I log in as root, and 
attempt
to mount the cd drive.  It gives various errors.  The drive is an HP 8200
cd writer.  Mandrake has no problem with finding and mouting the drive,
but I prefer to use RH. For some reason it is not detecting the drive 
correctly,
if at all.
