Jim, I vote for not having a heirarchy.  If someone in the group wants to do
something or make something happen, they need to become a leader by example.
This is what I've seen Hal Duston do over the two years I've exchanged e-mails
back and forth.  If I actually still lived in KC this is what I would strive to
do for the group (that and it's fun!)
