With all the Spam, relay, and dial list databases charging I am looking for
a providor to host my mx. Does anyone know of anyone offering these
services. If they do virus scans it even better. 

Is there a way to manage the services. 
We have several domains on our server. 
Can the junk messages be forwarded to a username-junk@my-domain.com to verify
	manualy. 
Can there be exceptions added.  (i.e. from: x@x.com)
etc. 

What is the cost and relyability. Any experiences?

I would probably still have them forward the mail to my mail server
