Has anyone ever set up poppassd with Jerry Workman's cgi interface?

I'm having a problem with line 115 of the perl script.  It seems to be calling
a perl module that doesn't exist.  At any rate I can't find it on the cpan
website.  I'd like to use this under apache-ssl so users can change their
own passwords via the browser since I don't allow telnet into our server.
