Subject: Re: don't give up yet! Eric, This is good news! This means you have mrtg correctly set up and the problem is not with mrtg, but rather with your router. Do you have administrative priveledges on your router/switch? You will definately need them to get into the router to make changes. What is the specific make/model of the router and the version software it is running? Maybe I can dig up a "howto" for your router to get snmp properly configured. Mike
