I have 2 Linksys ISA network cards that use the ne.o network module in my
old 486 that I am going to use as my gateway/router.  I have the first card
set up in conf.modules with the following:

alias eth0 ne
options ne io=0x200 irq=5

How do I set up the second card?  I have tried adding

alias eth1 ne
options ne io=0x300 irq=4

to the conf.modules, but I always get a "delaying initialization" when it
boots up.
