The real problem is that our courts do not know anything about technology.
I believe that they are struggling just to read thier email while ruling on
Napster, Microsoft, IBM, and many other on going sagas of misunderstood
technology.  Don't anyone get all excited over microsoft, I'm just saying
that the courts and lawers haven't demonstrated an understanding of the
market place, yet are compelled to rule anyway.
