It is a virus. Most viruses can be blocked by having the server do a reverse to see if the domain exists. (like mine) Unfortunately, someone thought they were doing a public service by registering the name and putting up a website explain it was a virus. I talked to the admin about it and he was sincere and it wasn't them that did it.
