I've been on RR since it was first made
available in midtown (1 1/2 years). I 
can not remember the last time that full
connectivity was lost. What is common (once
a week or so) is to lose the mail server 
or the news server for a few hours. Mail 
was down yesterday afternoon in fact.

PS: The first 6 months with RR were really,
really bad, but they seem to be doing a 
lot better this past year.

Since we're talkin about ISP'S, I use Road Runner. has anyone had  problems
with RR? I lose connectivity alot! sometimes for just a few seconds,
sometimes for hours.
