It looks like his ISO image is of a small enough size to fit on a 74 minute
(660 meg) CD rom.  The only thing I can think of it maybe he's trying to write
it as a multi-session disk and it is trying to do an extended lead-out for the
multi-session and there isn't enough room???  It should be single session 
that is closed and fixated at the end of the burn.  Just ideas...
