RoadRunner (According to Time-Warner Services, RR's parent company) Uses DHCP almost exclusively. You *CAN* request for static IP addresses, but only a few select providers allow that. @Home, on the other hand, provides static IP Addresses. Users can have up to 5 static IP Addresses with @Home.
