I've done three dish network installs.  Each took about 20 minutes total,   
including running the cable.  Locking onto a good signal was easy.  Once
secured properly, it will stay that way forever.  PAM non-stick spray is a 
great way to keep snow and ice from piling up on the dish too.  I'm going to 
assume other people's dish set up would be similar.  This starband stuff
looks pretty cool but their acceptable use policy looks kind of lame.
