670 MB ISO CD image in 1 Hr 20 min from Linuxberg

The fastest I have ever seen (in Netscape) is 148 kBytes/sec downloading
stuff off the SGI servers.  The is at a 3000 ft distance from the
switch, however they will guarantee 384 kpbs so divide the above figures
by 3.1 to get your worst case scenario.
