Brian, Yes, that is my wifes name, but from work, My mail is going out as Hal Dunston. Strong is valid Bold is not. The page is probably loading faster because of the lack of tables. Tables cannot be rendered until the browser has seen the closing tag. That is why I am trying to avoid them. Also if you specify the width and height in the image tag, it helps the browser. What I have done today is to create a new header. An image of the downtown skyline. (pre Bartle expansion for now.) Across the top of the image it says "Kansas City Linux Users Group" On either side is a smaller image of the Power and light building (also from the south) lit up at night. I will try to post this tonight. It looks good in IE 5, but not in netscape 4.07. I am going to check it in a more current netscape and lynx tonight. Hal Duston hald@sound.net Boring is good.
