That is why it is busness class.  They will fix it during busness hours.

Sometime between 3:30 and 5:30 Saturday my adsl modem stopped
communicating with the dslam in the McGee CO Downtown KC 816-842

Is there anyone else having problems---
Turned off the modem for an hour and the sync light still blinks red.
Nothing changed--but I pulled the wires farther away from a power cord.
Before the spliter I still hear the dsl tones

I thought all data services were considered business class. It just so
happens that the service people that handle this service left at 5pm
saturday and won't be back till monday at 8am
