Ouch.  I can't think of a static IP solution in Lawrence other than SBC.

Naturally you aren't going to want dynamic IP from Sunflower Cablevision.

www.DSLbroker.com might help, but they might just be able to link you up
with the DSL ISP, not the DSL wire connection.
