Hey!  That's part of my research grant proposal... (and no one can steal
it from me because I posted it on the list last year and under the Berne
convention which the U.S. is a signatory of, any time an original idea
is expressed in a fixed form--whether or not there is a copyright
notice--said expression is protected:)
