There are certain things you must do to make a cd bootable. You will
need to read the CD-Burning-HOWTO (it definitely tells you how to make a
bootable CD, but I don't recall the instructions). Bootable CDs are
definitely different from other CDs. The old cliche "location is
everything" applies here. A boot image must be written to the CD and it
needs to be in a certain place.

Sorry I can't give you specifics, I haven't burnt a bootable yet.
