It depends on what version of Linux you want to install.  I Know that
RedHat 6.2 and previous allow you to install remotely from the CD, as
there is only 1 CD.  WIth 7.x, you have to have the contents of both CDs
copied to directories on the remote machine's hard drive so the
installing computer can see both disks.

You need to set up the CD-ROM drive or directories with the CD contents
as NFS shared directories.  When you boot up the laptop with the boot
disk (described below), you would select 'NFS Install' and give the ip
address and directory path of the "host" machine.  If you need to know

Most distros have a "network" boot disk image that you would use.  I'm
sure that you would also need another driver disk with the PCMCIA
drivers so the kernel would first recognize the PCMCIA card then the
