I had a chance to interview with roadrunner when they first started up in KC.
I had to turn them down because I got sick of hearing how great NT was and 
how they wanted me to build their server farm and maintain their telecom 
equipment.  I recommended a friend and he got the job and worked there for a
while.  He told me that the place was strictly NT and would never be different.
He eventually quit because he didn't see eye to eye with management there.
Roadrunner in KC is definately an interesting organization....
