Well, i didnt want to stray too far from the 'offtopic'... :)
No its not opensource, but i sure wish it was. It is some really good
software. http://www.glocksoft.com/
And of course its for windoze. :p  I just find that it does a better job at
cleaning the registry than some of the other products ive tried, including
regclean.
