Morning LugNuts,

Just a quick reminder that this Sat. May 3rd the ILUG will be honored to
have the illustrious Mr. Charles Steinkuehler in house for a
presentation on the Linux kernel.

Mr. Steinkuehler is planning to go through several issues related to
building a kernel. He will be talking about configuring, building, and
installing a custom kernel, but will probably also go into related
"side" issues, like boot-loaders and modutils, and try to provide an
overview of 2.4 vs where 2.5/2.6 are headed.

Mr. Steinkuehler is the author of the Dachstein distro's of the LEAF
project at sourcforge.

I realize spring has sprung as attendance at the ILUG has been lite, but
please, set aside a couple of hours this Sat morning, and lets have a
real good ILUG turn-out for Charles.

Thank you once again for your time and have a quality day,

Eric
