Dial-Up ISP recommendations.

A friend is still havign problems with grapevine.net, now myvine.com, an Iowa
based uunet reseller.  These are the guys who still want to bill me for three
months of web hosting after the DNS change switched me to a different ISP.

Is there anybody decent at the dial-up end?  myvine keeps screwing up the
password files so she can't connect, although her password still works for web-mail.
