I found this readme in wuarchive:/systems/gmu/p2c.README:
p2c is a Pascal-to-C translator. It is available via anonymous ftp from
csvax.cs.caltech.edu in /pub/p2c-1.20.tar.Z.

It is also available on the GNU `languages' tape and the GNU CDROM. Ask
gnu@prep.ai.mit.edu for more details.
