Subject: *****Need help to download xf86-bin.tar.gz

I don't know how to get xf86-1.3-bin down from the network to a 3.5" so
that I can bring home to install into my machine. I tried to use tar and
it works on the work station and I get the files, but when I try to use
tar xvfM /dev/fd0 on my machine, I doesn't work! I don't want to download
through modem as it will take at least 6 hours! Could anyone give me help?
