Rush is a extra-dimensional space alien. He started out as a fairly
reasonable person (for a space alien that is), however while teleporting
to our 3-space, his aspect ratio was screwed-up, leaving him hideously
squat and ultra conservative.
BTW, he prefers to be called Rush_-_Limbaughf
