Under SLS 1.02 you must install both the lxpatch and ipcdelta packages to get
System V IPC(*) --- and even so you must build libipc, ipcs, and ipcrm
manually. Install ipcdelta (B7), then read the README in /usr/src/ipc to find
out how to build libipc, ipcs, and ipcrm. If you haven't already added
ipcdelta to the kernel and you aren't running the stock Image from SLS 1.02,
you'll also want to check out /usr/src/patches so you can add the kernel hooks
for IPC.

(*) You could just install ipcdelta and add its patches to the kernel, but
this is the straight patch for Linux 0.99.8 and it won't go onto the .99.9
kernel without modification. The version in /usr/src/patches has already been
modified.
