Dispite the several suggestions for a new c.o.l hierarchy, I recommend
to create just one new c.o.l group, doesn't matter, what named,
but essentially should be MODERATED. Its purpose should be to
publish SOLUTIONS: Kernel hacks, Utilities, Papers about using
this or that in a more efficient way, and so on. Articles should be
written in a more or less elaborated manner (less postings, more volume)
and should be revised by the moderator.

In the worst case there is no traffic. In the best case we
have a free network distributed linux software magazine comparable
to, say, the "X Resource".

Imagine: a group full of articles without any quotes! :-)
