Most mousey word processing packages have keyboard shortcuts and don't
require that you use the mouse for everything. However, having to
learn 15 different sets of key bindings to use all the different
programs out there is not really an option either. It's much easier
to remember how to use a mouse, which works in all of them, that to
learn their specific keys.
