I'm locking for a disassembler for Linux executables, object files,
binary blobs of code etc. which outputs hex bytes and mnemonics
(syntax doesn't matter, just human readable).

gdb and display/i or stepi doesn't output the byte representation of
   the commands.

Where is such an disassembler ?

If you were in the USA I would tell you to get the GNU binutils, which
include objdump, which is what you want.

Unfortunately you're in Germany, and the US export control regulations
classify disassemblers as munitions, so you need an arms export
license to export such a thing. There's an exception for
disassemblers that are parts of debuggers.
