I have to admit that I dont believe that this combination works with DOS
either. I have (had actually) an ST01 and an LPS105S. They both worked, (and
still work) fine , but never together. The reason for that is that the Seagate
controllers implement only a small portion of the SCSI protocol, and thus thay
fail to communicate with anything else except Seagate SCSI drives !!!! At least
this is waht Seagate, and Quantum said to me when I called them to find out what
was wrong with my system ....
