I found that the NCSA telnet hanging problem got worse after 0.99.4. At the
moment, I'm using kernel 0.99.9, with the tcp/ip stuff from 0.99.4. It needs
a few kludges to get it to work properly, but it's much more stable than the
0.99.9 tcp/ip.

It still hangs occasionally, though :-(
